These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the humanxai.events website ("Website") and your participation in the Human × AI Conference ("Conference"), organized by Visibilio Ltd. 4. Conference Registration & Tickets
- Conference registration is subject to availability and confirmation by us.
- Ticket prices are as listed at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless we provide written consent.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee who does not comply with these Terms or our code of conduct.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Attendee cancellation: Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the Conference date. A processing fee may apply.
- Organizer cancellation: If we cancel the Conference, registered attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
- Schedule changes: We reserve the right to modify the Conference program, including speakers, topics, and schedule, without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
- Force majeure: We are not liable for cancellation or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or travel restrictions.

All attendees, speakers, partners, and staff are expected to:
- Treat all participants with respect and professionalism.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines.
- Respect the intellectual property and privacy of other attendees and speakers.
We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these standards without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Visibilio Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent.

8. Photography & Recording
- By attending the Conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer.
- Attendees may not record presentations or sessions without the prior consent of the speaker and the organizer.
