Maria Stoeva

Maria Stoeva is an expert in organizational development, corporate communications, and people management. She is the Founder and Executive Consultant of SISTEMMA — a company for organisational development and business excellence. With over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic consulting, Maria has worked with more than 320 companies, supporting dozens of teams and organizations in building processes, teams and sustainable development.

Maria is the Organizer and Curator of DisruptHR Sofia — the global movement focused on people, culture, and technology. She serves as the Exclusive Country Partner for Bulgaria of rewardly, a platform for live market data on comp and ben, and is Brand Ambassador of HR One, a leading platform for HR digitalization. She also founded Excellevate — masterclasses with renowned European experts for business excellence in practice.

Previously, Maria served as Head of Sales and Business Development at ManpowerGroup Bulgaria and Country Lead of Assert International Bulgaria, an international consulting company focused on the analysis, assessment, and development of people and organisations.

Maria holds an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School, Master's degrees in Strategic Marketing and Luxury Brand Management from the London School of Business and Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Essex. She has completed further qualifications in Agile Leadership from the University of Maryland and Coaching Skills for Trainers from Imperial College London.
