Maya Pindeus is the CEO and Co-Founder of Another Earth, building the leading visual synthetic data engine to power AI and solve some of the key challenges of our time. Another Earth provides synthetic data, scenario simulations, and predictions required to accelerate AI development and enable faster, smarter decision-making for a more resilient world.

Before Another Earth, Pindeus co-founded Humanising Autonomy, a London-based startup working at the frontier of predictive AI and human-machine interactions, which she scaled to over 50 people and $20M in funding. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30 awardee, has contributed to the World Economic Forum, and has served on the UK Department for Transport's Expert Advisory Panel.

She holds degrees from Imperial College London, the Royal College of Art, and completed the Masterclass Zaha Hadid at the University of Applied Arts Vienna.

Earth Observation satellites generate extraordinary volumes of imagery every day — but training AI models to interpret that imagery reliably requires labelled training data that is expensive, slow, and often impossible to obtain in sufficient quantity. Another Earth's Synthetic Data Engine addresses this bottleneck directly: using generative AI combined with procedural 3D simulation, it produces physically accurate, pre-labelled synthetic satellite images across optical, elevation, land use, and geoinformation modalities.

The practical applications span from EUDR deforestation compliance monitoring to precision agriculture, biodiversity tracking, urban planning, insurance risk modelling, and crisis management. Another Earth closed a €3.5M seed round in 2026 backed by Wake-Up Capital, Rockstart, Inovexus, and Stamco AG. What Another Earth enables is the transition from Earth Observation as a niche research capability to a practical, scalable tool for organisations that need to monitor — and be accountable for — the physical world.
