Cristian Santibanez

Cristian Santibanez is the founder of Ethiqs.ai, an AI strategy, training, and governance firm helping organisations in regulated industries deploy AI that performs — compliant by design, high-performance by consequence. A pragmatic idealist with 15 years building at the intersection of technology, strategy, and impact, Cristian believes ethical AI is not a constraint but the highest-performance architecture.

He has trained over 1,000 executives on agentic AI, delivered more than 20 bespoke AI systems, and advises HyperloopTT's CEO on AI strategy and EU AI Act compliance. French-Chilean, fluent in six languages, based in Paris.

Previously Head of Innovation at HyperloopTT, where he led digital and IoT product labs. Co-founder of Autonomy, a mobility innovation platform. Lecturer at Sciences Po, where policy meets technology in the curriculum. His career spans roles at Ashoka France, the Chilean Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, and consulting missions for the OECD.

At Ethiqs.ai, Cristian works with regulated enterprises — financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure — to embed governance into AI system architecture from day one. His approach treats compliance not as a filter applied after the system is built, but as a design constraint that produces better, faster, more deployable systems.
